Course and race services

The course starts in the Professor's Lake parking lot and follows a loop that includes North Park Drive, Panda Lane, Porteous Circle, the lakeside path and Professors Lake Parkway before returning to the finish area. The route is mostly flat with a couple of small hills. Volunteers and first aid are available along the route. Only part of the roadways will be closed, so participants should follow marshals and police and use caution when crossing streets. Two water stations are located near the halfway points and at the finish. Washrooms and changing are available in the recreation centre. Pets and roller blades are not permitted; strollers are allowed and should start near the rear. A two hour time limit applies.

Logistics

Race kits include a bib with integrated timing chip and a technical shirt. Race kit pickup is available the day before at a local Running Room store and on race morning at Professor's Lake. Designated parking is at Professor's Lake Recreation Centre (capacity 80 cars) with additional parking at St. John Bosco School and nearby streets; specific nearby church parking is requested to be avoided. A bag drop area will be provided outside the recreation centre. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
