Run4Home 5K and Kid’s Fun Run
The Run4Home 5K and Kid’s Fun Run takes place at Armco Park in Lebanon, Ohio. The event features a shaded course set within a park environment and is open to both runners and walkers. Participants can choose between two main distances:
- 5 km (3.1 miles)
- 1/4 mile Kid’s Fun Run
The 5 km route includes a water station at the halfway point, and water is also provided at the finish line. After the race, a buffet featuring fruit, yogurt, and bagels is available to all participants. The Kid’s Fun Run is specifically for children aged 10 and under.
The event serves to support the programs of Family Promise of Warren County, which provide shelter for local families. Participants who register by June 13th receive a guaranteed t-shirt. Awards are presented to the overall male and female winners, as well as the top two finishers in each age category. Race bags can be collected on designated days at a location on Cincinnati Avenue prior to the event. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
