Santa Trot 5K - West Chester
C3 hosts the 3rd Annual Santa Trot on December 12, 2026, at Voice Of America Park in West Chester, Ohio. The event was expanded from a 2-mile route to a 5K and has moved to the VOA location.
The event program includes these distances:
- 5K (timed and untimed)
- 1 Mile (youth, timed)
- Little Elf Run
The 5K is offered in both timed and untimed formats. Listed registration fees are $35.00 for the timed 5K and $30.00 for the untimed 5K. The youth 1-mile has a fee of $5.00 and the Little Elf Run is free. Registration for the 5K events opens July 15, 2026 and closes October 31, 2026. Registration for the youth and Little Elf events opens July 15, 2026 and remains open through race day.
Packet pick up is available the day before at MidPointe Library and on site at the VOA Athletic Complex Field House on race day. The event features holiday music, encourages holiday costumes, offers finisher medals, and includes an awards ceremony.
A West Chester Township Holiday Market takes place at the VOA Lodge on the same day, with local artisans, food, seasonal entertainment, photos with Santa, and story time and crafts with MidPointe Library. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
