Run Your Heart Out 5K : Overview
Run Your Heart Out 5K takes place on February 15, 2026, at the Guernsey County Fairgrounds, 335 Old National Road, Old Washington, Ohio. The event includes a timed race and a family fun run/walk, both over 5K. It is the second race in a winter race series and is offered as part of multi-race bundles.
Details and Services
All participants receive a custom finishers medal. Overall awards will be presented to the top three male and female finishers in the Race division; the Family Fun Run/Walk is not eligible for those awards. Age-group awards are given to the top three male and female finishers in these groups: 14 and under, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, and 60 and over.
Race packets and bibs are available for pick up on race day at Cambridge Intermediate School beginning at 12:30 PM. Finish-line provisions include hot food, snacks and bottled water. Instant results are available on site at results kiosks and online, and automatic text and email results are sent to participants who opt in.
Entry fees are listed as $25 (or $20 for GROW members); a three-race bundle price is offered. All proceeds will be donated to the new Guernsey County Dog Shelter Building Fund.
