Run Young & Free 5K & 1K Fun Run
The event takes place on Saturday, November 21, 2026, at Majestic Ball Park, 109 W. Belding St., Hot Springs National Park, AR 71901. It is organized by All Children's Academy to promote health and wellness and to raise awareness for local businesses and non-profits. The course uses the Hot Springs Greenway and finishes around Majestic Park near the Babe Ruth Field.

Format and entry
The event includes in-person and virtual options: a 5K, a 1K run/walk, a Virtual RY&F Race, and student-specific 5K and 1K events. Typical entry fees listed are $30 for the 5K, 1K, and virtual race; student entries are listed as free. Registration is open to participants up to 100 years old.
Awards and community prizes
Medals are awarded 1st through 3rd place for overall male and female in the 5K and 1K and across multiple age groups for both sexes (age brackets from under 5 up to 90+). There are cash prizes for 1st and 2nd place community teams, awarded to the teams with the largest number of participants, including in-person and virtual supporters.
