Run Young & Free 5K & 1K Fun Run

The Run Young & Free 5K & 1K Fun Run is presented by All Children's Academy to promote health and wellness and to raise awareness of local businesses and non-profits. The event takes place on Saturday, November 21, 2026, at Majestic Ball Park in Hot Springs National Park, Arkansas. It includes both on-site and virtual participation options and lists age eligibility up to 100 years.

The on-site 5K course begins at the Majestic Park fields, follows the Greenway in Hot Springs, and finishes with a loop around Majestic Park near the Babe Ruth Field. Pricing listed for 5K and 1K participants includes a t-shirt for the paid entry; a virtual race option is also listed. Student entries from All Children’s Academy are listed as complimentary.

Awards are given for 1st through 3rd place overall male and female in the 5K and for the 1K fun run/walk. Both races include detailed male and female age-group categories ranging from under 5 up to 90 and over. The event also notes music, games, and activities for families, and names 1st and 2nd place community team cash prizes for teams with the largest participation.
