About the race
The Spa Running Festival takes place on November 14, 2026 in Hot Springs, Arkansas, and features multiple footraces through historic downtown and Hot Springs National Park. The program includes a half marathon, a 10K, a 5K and a 1K kids race held at the start/finish on Convention Boulevard.

Several courses are USATF certified: the half marathon is certified #AR18027WJT and the 10K is certified #AR13022DLP. The event lists required minimum paces or maximum completion times for each distance (for example, the half marathon requires an 18:00 minute-per-mile pace to finish within four hours). Field size caps are stated for events (half marathon and 10K: 675 participants; 5K: 600 participants). The half marathon has an age requirement of 13 years to compete without an accompanying adult. The Squirt Race is for children ages 2 to 10 and uses age groups 2-4, 5-6, 7-8 and 9-10; parents may run or walk with younger children.
The festival schedule includes a Friday expo at the Hot Springs Convention Center, corral starts for the 5K and 10K, long-sleeve technical shirts and finishers medals for participants, a post-race festival with food and a beer tent, team registration options, and a registration policy that is non-refundable but allows transfers between events or to another person.
