About the race
Run With the Rams 5K is a community road event held at Clarke MS/HS in Westbury, New York. The event includes both a 5K run and a 1 Mile run. Registration is not yet open and typically opens in the weeks before the event date, with a registration deadline to receive a personalized bib listed as April 4th.
The event offers the following distances:
- 5K
- 1 Mile
Amenities include welcome for runners and walkers and a race tee for all pre-registrants. Bib pickup is handled in the Clarke MS/HS gym; participants must know their bib number or use a self-lookup area. If registration occurs within 24 hours of bib pickup, registrants are texted their bib number quickly or can use the Bib Lookup.
Awards are given to the top three male and female finishers in multiple categories: EMSD faculty, elementary age, middle school age, high school age, and an open category. The 1 Mile run also awards the top three overall in grades K through 5.
A portion of event proceeds will benefit a Clarke community member or family in need, with the remainder supporting Clarke Athletics. Results are available live online with free video and same-day finish-line photos, and additional photos are posted on social media. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
