Run With The Deer Flies is a trail race organized by the Indiana Road Runners Club on July 26, 2026 in Penn Run, Pennsylvania. The event is held at 1966 South Harmony Road, Penn Run, PA 15765, and offers three trail distances.

Awards include artisan-made wooden bowls for the top male and female finishers in each distance and finishers' medals provided by a local oral surgery practice. Traditional Deer Fly swatters are provided by a local chiropractic clinic. During the event twelve $25 gift cards from Luigi's Ristorante are drawn at the finish line, with four winners coming from each distance. Post-race food is provided by Bona's Pizza, and race shirts are supplied by Allied Milk Producers.
