Event overview
The Run with Heart 5K takes place on Saturday, February 7, 2026, in Woodbine, GA. The event includes the following distances:

- 1 mile (Tater Tot Trot Youth Run)
All races start and finish at Satilla River Waterfront Park and follow an out-and-back route along the Satilla Waterfront Boardwalk and Greenway.
Logistics and charity
This is a fundraiser supporting the Mamie Lou Gross Elementary running club, which has 97 students. Proceeds will help buy running club shirts for students who reach half-marathon status and provide running shoes for students in need. From each entry fee, $10 from each 5K registration and $5 from each Tater Tot 1-mile registration will be donated. In addition, 100% of online donations will go to a local family following a recent loss.
Event fees listed by the organizer are $35 for the 5K and $15 for the Tater Tot Run. Participants who register before January 30 will receive a race shirt, and all 5K finishers will receive a custom finisher medal. There is an optional pre-race packet pickup at Mamie Lou Gross Elementary (277 Roberts Path, Woodbine, GA).
