Run with Dad 5K and 1 Mile
Run with Dad takes place on June 21, 2026 in Reston, Virginia, at South Lakes High School, 11400 South Lakes Drive, Reston, VA 20191. The event offers live and virtual participation options.

- Virtual 1 Mile
All pre-registered participants receive a commemorative race shirt, a unique race bib, a medal, post-race snacks, free race day photos, and a digital finisher certificate. Race photos will be available for free download after the event; participants are asked to keep their bib visible for photo tagging.
Packet pickup is available at =PR= Reston. The live race will be electronically timed by Commonwealth Race Management using the ChronoTrack B disposable tag system. Results for the live race will be posted immediately after the event on the event results page.
Awards in the live race will be given to the top three overall male and female finishers and to the top three male and female finishers in five year age groups from 14 and under through 80 and over. There are no awards for virtual entries. Registration prices are listed per event and increase after May 22, 2026. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
