About the race
Cooper Robertson Foundation presents Run With Coops, a community fundraising walk and run supporting the SickKids Tuberous Sclerosis Complex Clinic. The event is the foundation's seventh annual gathering and includes an in-person Community Social and Kids 1K at Southward Community Park in Grimsby, Ontario on October 4, 2026. A virtual walk/run option is available over the weekend of October 2 to 4 for participants who prefer to complete their distance remotely.
Registration options and event features listed by the organizer include:
- Kids 1K in-person or virtual.
- Corporate 1K Challenge for teams.
- Virtual walk/run with flexible distance during the Oct 2 to 4 weekend.
Adult community registrations include a Run With Coops T shirt, raffle entry and a fundraising page. Kid registrations and the corporate challenge are listed as free, with CRF swag for children available for pickup at the Community Social. A non-runner T shirt option is available for purchase.
The Cooper Robertson Foundation was registered in 2019 and has raised more than CA$565,000 to support the SickKids TSC Clinic. For the 2026 event the fundraising goal is CA$55,638; CA$20,226 has been raised so far, representing 36 percent of that goal.
