Run White & Blue
Run White & Blue is the ninth annual event held on July 4, 2026 in Huntersville, NC. The event supports military veteran and first responder organizations in the Lake Norman region. The listed beneficiaries are Purple Heart Homes and Firefighters' Burned Children Fund.
Available race options include:
- 7.4 Kilometer entry fee $30
- 7.4 Miles entry fee $40
- Fun Run (1.7 Miles) entry fee $20
- 7.4 Virtual entry fee $60
In-person registrations open February 23, 2026 and close April 30, 2026. Virtual registration opens February 23, 2026 and closes June 30, 2026. Virtual participants may run any distance, anytime and anywhere to support the cause. Virtual registrants receive an event t-shirt, bib and medal. Race packets can be picked up during packet pickup or can be mailed for an additional charge.
The mile and kilometer courses use a double loop layout. Each runner must pass the split timer under the arch at the start and finish area or the runner will be disqualified from results. Runners complete one outside loop that passes through the finish area and one inside loop before finishing. The first loop runs in the center turn lane and the second loop runs on the inside lane counterclockwise around The Park. The course will be coned and signed and will be protected from traffic.
