Event overview
Run, White and Blue 5k and Yoga Master Class takes place on July 4, 2026 in Orlando, FL. The event includes a 5k run/walk on the back nine of the resort golf course at Grande Lakes Orlando and a restorative yoga master class held after the 5k. Activities and offerings
The post-race program includes a restorative yoga session focused on deep stretching, breathwork, recovery work for hips, hamstrings and lower back, and a closing sound bowl meditation outdoors. After the run participants are offered champagne or mimosas and an assortment of healthy snacks. The event provides a T-shirt, a medal, a goodie bag, and a raffle with prizes from spa partners such as complimentary spa treatments and gift bags. Massage and stretching services featuring Theragun are available.

Location: 4012 Central Florida Parkway, Orlando, FL 32837. Packet pick-up is held on race morning prior to the run and event check-in is on the Valencia Courtyard adjacent to the spa. Parking is complimentary with use of valet locations at The Ritz-Carlton or JW Marriott. Pricing listed for the run is Adults $75 and Kids 12 and under $50.
