Run, White and Blue 5k and Yoga Master Class - Orlando
The Run, White and Blue event on July 4, 2026 combines a 5k run/walk with a restorative yoga master class at Grande Lakes Resort in Orlando, located at 4012 Central Florida Parkway. The event is presented as family-friendly and aims to honour those who served.
The course runs along the back nine of the resort's championship golf course and is offered as a walk or run at participants' own pace. After the finish there are refreshments including mimosas or champagne, a selection of nutritious snacks, and a stretching and recovery session led by therapists using Theragun technology.
The restorative yoga master class is scheduled both before and after the run. The session focuses on deep stretching, breathwork, and recovery, with movement intended to release the hips, hamstrings, and lower back. The class concludes with a grounding sound bowl meditation performed outdoors.
Every participant receives an event T-shirt and medal, a wellness-inspired goodie bag, and access to wellness-sponsored activities. There is also entry into a raffle for spa experiences such as massages, facials, and manicures or pedicures, and other gifts from local wellness partners.
The event is open to all ages, resort guests, and the general public. Packet pick-up and event check-in occur on race morning, and complimentary parking is available with valet at The Ritz-Carlton or JW Marriott. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
