Run, White and Blue 5k and Yoga Master Class
The event takes place on Saturday, July 4, 2026, in Orlando, FL at 4012 Central Florida Parkway, on the back nine of an 18-hole championship golf course at Grande Lakes resort. The program includes a 5k run/walk and a restorative yoga master class held after the run. The 5k is open to resort guests and the general public and admits all ages. Logistics and extras
Packet pick-up is scheduled on race morning prior to the run; event check-in is located on the Valencia Courtyard adjacent to the spa. Parking is complimentary, with valet options at The Ritz-Carlton and JW Marriott. Post-race offerings include champagne or mimosas, a selection of healthy snacks, stretching and massages by therapists using Theragun devices. Participants receive a T-shirt, a medal, and a goodie bag, and there is a raffle with spa-related prizes such as a massage, facial, or manicure/pedicure. The restorative yoga class focuses on deep stretching, breathwork, and recovery for hips, hamstrings, and lower back, and concludes with a grounding sound bowl meditation outdoors.
