Run, White and Blue 5k and Yoga Master Class
Run, White and Blue combines a 5K run/walk with a restorative yoga master class at Grande Lakes Resort in Orlando, located at 4012 Central Florida Parkway. The course runs along the back nine of the resort golf course and is open to resort guests and the general public of all ages.
The event pairs outdoor movement with recovery activities. Participants can expect a restorative yoga class focused on deep stretching, breathwork, and recovery that targets the hips, hamstrings, and lower back, and concludes with a grounding sound bowl meditation. After the run and yoga sessions, there are refreshments including mimosas or champagne and a selection of nutritious snacks, plus a dedicated stretching and recovery session led by therapists using Theragun technology.
Published registration details include an entry fee of $65.00 and registration opening and closing dates. Other pricing statements indicate adult fees in a range and a youth price for children 12 and under. Packet pick-up is available on race morning, event check-in is on the Valencia Courtyard adjacent to the Spa, and parking is complimentary with valet at The Ritz-Carlton or JW Marriott.
