Event overview
The Run, White and Blue 5k is held on Saturday, July 4, 2026, at Grande Lakes Resort in Orlando, FL (4012 Central Florida Parkway, 32837). The main event is a 5k run/walk. A restorative Yoga Master Class is offered before and after the run, aimed at deep stretching, breathwork, and recovery for runners, and concluding with a sound bowl meditation. After the finish participants are offered refreshments including mimosas or champagne and an assortment of snacks, plus a stretching and recovery session led by therapists using Theragun technology.
Registration information lists an adult price of $65 for the 5k and a child price of $50 for ages 5-12; pricing notes mention early sign-up specials and that fees may increase after June 4, 2026.
