Run, White and Blue 4th of July 5K and Master Yoga : Orlando, FL
This event on 07/04/2026 combines a 5K run/walk with a restorative yoga master class and on-site wellness activities at Grande Lakes Resort in Orlando, Florida. The course runs along the back nine of a championship golf course and is open to resort guests and the general public of all ages.
After the run/walk, participants have access to refreshments including mimosas or champagne, a selection of nutritious snacks, and a recovery area featuring guided stretching and recovery work with Theragun technology and professional therapists. The restorative yoga session focuses on deep stretching, breathwork, and recovery for runners, with attention to hips, hamstrings, and lower back, and closes with a grounding sound bowl meditation.
Every participant receives an exclusive event T-shirt and medal, a wellness-inspired goodie bag, access to wellness-sponsored activities, and entry into a raffle for spa experiences and gifts from local wellness partners. Registration opens on August 12, 2025 and closes on June 4, 2026; registration fees for adults are listed in the $60 to $75 range with a stated children’s rate for ages 12 and under at $50.
