Event details
Run to Fund is a community running event held at Andy Brown Park East, 260 Parkway Blvd, Coppell, TX 75019. The event program includes the following categories:
- 5K Timed
- 5K Untimed
- 1 Mile Fun Run
- 1 Mile Fun Run - under 5 years old (no shirt included)
- Sleep In Donation (Run to Fund shirt only)
The under-5 fun run is open to ages 1 to 5 and the entry for that category is listed as free. Prices shown for other categories include $35 for each 5K entry and $25 for the 1 Mile Fun Run and the Sleep In Donation shirt option.
Registration, logistics and beneficiaries
Packet pickup is provided at Fleet Feet, 680 N. Denton Tap Rd, Coppell, TX. Registrants are required to wear an assigned bib while on the course. Proceeds from the event support the Coppell ISD Education Foundation. The foundation directs funds to classroom grants and gives $2 from every Run to Fund race entry to the Coppell ISD Physical Education Department at the school of the participant’s choice. The foundation reports having raised and granted over $1.3 million in classroom grants during the past 20 years. Registrants are advised to register by April 20 to guarantee a Run shirt.
