Gobble Hobble 5K and Fun Run in Richardson
The Gobble Hobble is an annual running event held at Galatyn Park in Richardson, Texas. The event date is Saturday, November 21, 2026. It began in 2006 as a community partnership involving the Richardson Police Department and a local chiropractor and has since grown into a fundraiser for the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Dallas at Richardson.

Course routing highlights the Spring Creek Nature Preserve. Course maps are provided for both the 5K and the Fun Run. Parking for the event is organized at the Bank of America parking garage at 2390 Performance Dr, Richardson, TX 75082, with directional guidance available for drivers approaching from north and south on US 75.
Awards recognize overall and masters performance with special trophies for the top male and female finishers. Age group awards are given to the top three males and females in these groups: 10-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, and 70-79+.
All proceeds benefit the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Dallas at Richardson. The club serves youth ages 6 to 18 and provides programs in Academic Success, Good Character and Citizenship, and Healthy Lifestyles.
