Event overview
The Run the Vineyards Willow Creek 5K is scheduled for Sunday, April 19, 2026, in West Cape May, New Jersey. The event is the fifth annual 5K held at Willow Creek Winery, 168 Stevens Street. The listed registration fee is $46, with a price increase after January 1, 2026. The HEADstrong Foundation is the charity partner.
Race details and amenities
The race is chip-timed with live results and will use a well-marked course with course marshals and water stations. Bananas and water are provided at the finish. Awards are given to the top three overall finishers and to male and female age-group winners (14 & under, 15-19, 20-29, and every 10 years thereafter). Walkers and participants of all ages are welcome; registration is required for walkers and children, and walkers start behind the 5K runners.
Post-race offerings include live music after the race, food available for purchase at the winery, and wine available for purchase. All finishers receive a stemless wine glass and a custom high-quality tee; a women's racerback tank is available as a $5 upgrade. Finisher medals are optional for purchase ($8 during registration, $10 on race day). Free downloadable race and after-party photos will be available, and packet pick-up is handled at the Good Day for a Run tent at the winery on race day. Volunteers receive event perks.
