Run the Vineyards - William Heritage
Run the Vineyards is a chip timed 5 Miler held at William Heritage Winery in Mullica Hill, New Jersey. The course combines about three miles of off-road cross country through vineyard terrain with two miles on country roads. The event includes a finisher medal and a stemless wine glass for participants.
Race-day amenities listed include a water station, course marshals, bananas and water at the finish, food trucks on site, and live music until noon. Professional photographers will provide free downloadable race and after-party photos, available 24 to 48 hours after the event. Spectators are welcome and wine is available for purchase; no outside alcohol is allowed.
Walkers and children may participate but must be registered and start behind runners for safety; a 1 hour 40 minute time limit is requested. Awards are given to the top three male and female overall finishers and to age group winners in defined age categories. Shirt options include women's, men's/unisex, and youth sizes, with an option to upgrade to a women's racerback for an additional fee and a men's tank option at no added fee.
