Run the Vineyards - Sheldrake Point Winery 5K is scheduled for Sunday, June 28, 2026, in Ovid, New York. The event takes place at Sheldrake Point Winery, 7448 County Road 153, Ovid, NY 14521. Course, after party and amenities
The course runs through a 200 acre vineyard property and is described as a well marked, cross country style route with wide trails composed of short-cut grass and packed dirt. The site overlooks Cayuga Lake.
After the race, wine will be available for purchase and participants aged 21 and over receive one complimentary glass. There will be live music and an on-site food truck. Indoor and outdoor seating is available; participants and spectators may bring blankets and chairs.
Participants receive a high quality tech shirt with options for women, adult/men and youth tees. A women's racerback tank is available for a $5 upgrade. Registrants who register by June 14 are guaranteed first shirt choice. All participants receive a souvenir stemless wine glass at the finish. Free downloadable photos and free parking are provided.
