Run the Vineyards - Sheldrake Point Winery 5K

The course is a cross country style 5K across the winery property and includes views of Cayuga Lake. Trails are described as wide with a combination of short cut grass and packed dirt. There is a water station on course and water plus bananas at the finish. Walkers and children may participate; walkers start behind the runners and must be registered. Awards are given to the Top 3 overall and to age group winners male and female in categories under 14, 15 to 19, 20 to 29, and then every 10 years. Participants receive a custom high quality tech shirt in women's, men's or youth sizes with an option to upgrade to a women's racerback for an additional $5. A Run the Vineyards stemless wine glass is provided to participants at the finish.
