Middle Finger 5K

The Middle Finger 5K is an annual fundraiser held in Geneva, New York, to support adults undergoing cancer treatment. The 9th edition of this event takes place along the lakefront, starting at 35 Lakefront Park Drive. All proceeds and donations from the event are directed to Thrive To Survive, an organization providing resources to residents in Ontario, Seneca, Yates, and Wayne counties.

Participants can choose to enter as individuals or as part of a team. Groups of four or more people qualify for a discounted registration rate. The event layout includes a check-in party held the evening before the race at the Finger Lakes Welcome Center. This pre-race gathering features tastings from local breweries and wineries, alongside various items available for purchase from local vendors.

The registration fee includes a commemorative unisex t-shirt and a light breakfast provided after the activity. The event is organized as a run and fitness walk, with the following distance available:

The course is open to all fitness levels. Registration requires participants to select a gender identification that aligns with their identity.
