Run The Vines 2026 #12 : Jason's Hill
Run The Vines 2026 #12 takes place on 21 November 2026 at Jason's Hill Winery in the Slanghoek Valley near Rawsonville, Western Cape. The venue is a family-owned private cellar with a history of wine production and awards dating back to 2002. The event is part of the Run The Vines 2026 series presented by First Ascent and is organised by Onsite Events.
The event offers multiple distances and entry options:
- 3 km kids U/8 - Free
- 3 km adult accompanying child - R120
- 5 km - R180 (includes timing tag)
- 10 km - R200 (includes timing tag)
- 17 km - R240 (includes timing tag)
All kids under 12 must be accompanied by a parent. The 3 km parent-and-child option is intended for parents with small children; individual adults are expected to enter the 5 km. Distances are run on working farms and may be slightly longer or shorter than promoted. Route profiles will be posted closer to the event and updates are provided via the event channels.
Timing is provided by BoutTime; participants must collect their timing tag at registration. A permanent timing tag is available for R100. Live results and SMS result notifications are offered. There is a R50 late entry fee and unpaid entries are removed after three days. Waterpoints and medals for finishers are available; participants are advised to be self-sufficient for hydration.
