The course is described by the organizer as fast and flat, routing mostly along shaded greenways and wide gravel paths. The schedule spans two days with the 5K on June 19 and the 10K and Half Marathon on June 20.

Registration policies note that refunds are not available unless the participant enrolled in the Refund Protection Program. Race management may cancel or modify the event for unfavorable conditions, and registration fees are not refundable in the event of cancellation due to acts of God.
