Run The Seasons at Cowdray
Run The Seasons at Cowdray takes place on Friday 25th June 2027 at the Cowdray Estate polo grounds near the Cowdray Ruins and the South Downs National Park. Race numbers are allocated on the day.
Available distances:
- 3 km Kids Run (ages 6-11)
- 5 km Junior Run (ages 12-15)
- 5 km open entry
- 5 km CaniRun (dog-friendly)
- 10 km open entry
- 10 km CaniRun (dog-friendly)
Entry fees listed for the event are: 3 km Kids Run £12; 5 km Junior Run £16.50; 5 km £20.50; 5 km Cani £22.50; 10 km £26.50; 10 km Cani £28.50. Race maps and course descriptions are provided for the 3 km, 5 km and 10 km routes.
Children’s series information: the kids and junior races are held across four seasonal events. The 3 km Kids Run is for ages 6 to 11 and the 5 km Junior Run is for ages 12 to 15 based on age on race day. A 15% discount applies when entering all four junior or kids races on the same order. Parents may run with their child in the 3 km race. Three of the four races count toward the series final.
The courses run around the Cowdray polo lawns and out to Heyshott Common. Overall and series positions use a points system, with the top three results counting toward the 10 km title. Competitors receive a unique medal that links into a four-piece set, free photos, and there will be spot prizes at the finish. A BBQ and bar/marquee will be open to mark the end of the series and Cowdray hampers will be presented to winners. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
