Run the Bluff, Peoria IL
Run the Bluff is the 4th annual community running event hosted by East Bluff Community Center in Peoria. The event includes a chip-timed 5K and a 1 Mile fun run or walk. The course starts and finishes at the East Bluff Community Center and winds through the East Bluff neighborhood.
The event serves as a fundraiser for East Bluff Community Center. The center provides neighborhood services including youth activities, a food pantry, and community-building events. Timing and scoring are provided by ShaZam Racing.
Additional event details: packet pickup occurs on race day at the East Bluff Community Center. A pancake breakfast and an award ceremony follow the running events.

- 5K Run/Walk (chip-timed)
- 1 Mile Fun Run/Walk (untimed)
Awards are given by gun time for overall male and female winners, and by gun time for age groups. Age group categories are 18 & under, 19-39, 40-59, and 60 & over.
