About the race
Run Republic - Sunshine Coast is an in-person community run hosted by Muscle Republic at Buhk Family Park, Alexandra Headland, QLD 4572. The event features a 5 km community run on a scenic course that is both dog- and pram-friendly.
Participants meet at Buhk Family Park for arrival, check-in and a group warm-up led by the hosts before the run. The event is conducted at a social pace with dedicated front and back-of-pack leaders to support different speeds. After the run there is a post-run social with coffee and breakfast served by Alex Surf Club, plus recovery items and hydration provided by Gatorade, Switch Perform, and True Protein.
