Beerwah@Night is a night trail-running event at the base of Mt Beerwah in the Glass House Mountains National Park, held on 31 January 2026. The event offers three distances:
- 10 km
- Half Marathon
- Marathon
Entries close in late January and there are no entries on the day. Entry fees listed are $90 for the 10 km, $115 for the Half Marathon, and $140 for the Marathon. Refunds are available until 18 January 2026 and are subject to a $30 administration charge. All finishers receive an event memento. Minimum ages are 12 for the 10 km, 15 for the Half Marathon, and 18 for the Marathon; participants under 18 must have a parent or guardian present.
Course, safety and logistics
The Marathon is two laps of the Half Marathon course; the first lap is run anti-clockwise and the second lap clockwise. Elevation gain is listed as 294 m for the 10 km, 657 m for the Half Marathon, and 1,314 m for the Marathon. The course is marked with reflective orange and silver flagging tape (approximately every 250 m), red directional arrows at intersections, and red crosses to indicate sections that are not the course. Checkpoints provide water, electrolyte and a small variety of food but no disposable cups; participants must carry their own cup if needed. Mandatory gear includes a mobile phone with emergency contacts, a race bib worn on the front, a water bottle or hydration pack (minimum 500 ml), a compression bandage and a headlight or suitable torch. Support crews are not allowed on the course and are only permitted at the start/finish area. Drop bags are allowed for Marathon entrants and can be accessed after each lap.
