Beerwah At Night
Beerwah At Night is a trail-running event staged at the base of Mt Beerwah in Glass House Mountains National Park. The event comprises three races around the base of Mt Beerwah and uses marked trails with reflective flagging tape and red directional arrows at intersections.
Race options:
- Marathon two laps of the half marathon course, elevation gain 1172m.
- Half Marathon single lap, elevation gain 586m.
- 10 km single shorter lap, elevation gain 294m.
Entries close 24 January 2027. Prices include GST and refunds are available until 18 January 2027 with a $30 administration fee; transfers to another person or event are not permitted. There are no entries on race day.
The event operates a no-cup policy at checkpoints; runners must carry their own cup if they want to use one for electrolyte or drinks not kept in a hydration pack. Checkpoints provide water, electrolyte and a small variety of food but no disposable cups. Mandatory gear includes a mobile phone with emergency contacts, a race bib worn visibly, a water bottle or hydration pack (minimum 500 ml), a compression bandage, and a headlight or suitable torch. Marathon runners may use drop bags at the start/finish area and can access them between laps.
Support crews are not allowed on course; they are permitted at the start/finish only. Spectators can view runners at the start/finish location. Course maps are provided as kml/gpx files and Maps.Me is recommended for navigation. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
