Course, entries and awards
The route starts and ends on Bayshore Drive NE adjacent to North Straub Park and joins the Firestone Grand Prix race track at turn 9 on Central Avenue, where participants continue onto the track. The course is fully paved for the entire 5K distance. There will be one water station on the course and complimentary bottled waters at the finish line. Dogs are permitted if leashed. Strollers are permitted. Children aged 3 and under are free and do not need to register or wear a race bib. Awards are given for 1st Place Overall Male and Female and top male and female winners in age categories including Masters (40+), 14 & Under, 15-24, 25-34, 35-44, 45-54, 55-64, and 65+.
