Run Ocean Isle Beach - October 24, 2026
Run Ocean Isle Beach is the 13th annual running event held on Ocean Isle Beach, a coastal island in southeast North Carolina. It serves as the last race of the 2026 BAM! Races series and takes place in late October. The courses pass through local coastal communities and the half marathon goes around most of the island with oceanfront views. Average temperatures in late October are a high of 75 and a low of 56.
The event offers multiple distances and finisher items. Finisher shirts are tri blend with a unique yearly design, and finishers receive large themed race medals; past medal styles have included surfboard, flip flop, glass, lockets, artistic connecting pieces, pirate themes, and mosaic designs.
