The Stamfordham 10K is a road race held in Stamfordham, Northumberland. The course loops through the rural areas around Dalton and Dissington and is described as largely flat with some steady inclines and an undulating profile, including a downhill final 1 km to the finish. The route is traffic free and marked with distance signs every kilometre.
Race headquarters and registration are based on the village green and at the Stamfordham Cricket Pavilion. Facilities at Race HQ include bag drop, toilets, changing, parking on the village green and at the cricket pavilion, first aid, and post-race refreshments. A water station is available at 5 km. Chip timing is used and official race positions are calculated by gun time.
Entries are limited to 300 runners. Entry fees are listed as £22 for affiliated runners and £24 for unaffiliated runners; entries close on 17 June 2026 and on-the-day entries may be available at Race HQ for an additional fee. Minimum age to enter is 15. Prizes include a finisher medal, individual trophies and vouchers for top finishers, team prizes for UKA affiliated clubs, and a £50 bonus for breaking the course records of 33:55 for men and 40:42 for women.
