Chopwell Woods "Burger & Beer" Trail Runs

The Chopwell Woods "Burger & Beer" Trail Runs, hosted by Wild Deer Events, take place annually at Chopwell Woods, a scenic 360-hectare mixed woodland near Rowlands Gill on the edge of Gateshead. Participants can choose from 5, 10, or 15-mile trail distances, with a 5-mile lap route available. The event is Canicross friendly, allowing one controlled dog per runner.

Runners benefit from live chip timing and, upon finishing, receive a medal, socks, a burger (or alternative), and a beer or soft drink.
