Run Northumberland Coquet 10k : Rothbury, 5 July 2026
Run Nation's Coquet 10k is a road race on an accurately measured 10K course through the Coquet Valley with the start and finish in Rothbury. The route is described as hilly, with a road surface and traffic free sections. Chip timing is used and is provided by Timing4Sport.
Event services are based at Dr Tomlinson C of E Middle School in Rothbury. Registration, bag drop and toilets are located at Race HQ. Distance markers are placed every 1 km and a water station is available at 5 km. Parking is available at the Auction Mart or the car park near the finish. First aid and refreshments are provided on the day.
All finishers receive a bespoke finisher medal. An optional race T shirt is available for an extra cost. Prizes include individual trophies and vouchers for the top three male and female finishers and team prizes for affiliated clubs; club vests must be worn to count for team results.
Entry is restricted to runners aged 15 and over. Entry fees are £23 for affiliated runners and £25 for unaffiliated runners; entries are limited to 500 and close on 30th June 2026.
