Wild Hybrid Northumberland - Druridge Bay Country Park Solos
This event combines trail running with functional fitness stations at Druridge Bay Country Park on the Northumberland Coast. Competitors complete repeated 1 km lake loops with functional work on the grass overlooking the lake, then finish with a 5 km section on the beach. Routes are to be confirmed.
Entry options include solo hybrid entries and ruck run entries. Prices range from £25 to £60. Ruck runs offer two trail distances and require competitors to carry their own weighted pack; packs will be weighed at registration. Required pack weights are 10 kg for men and 7 kg for women.
Key event services and provisions include live chip timing, merchandise and sponsor products for finishers, and prizes for first to third places in standard categories. Parking is charged at £5 for the day and the park offers a cafe, play area, lake and beach walks for spectators. Event photography will be available to purchase after the event.
