Wild Hybrid Northumberland - Druridge Bay Country Park Pairs
This is a pairs-format hybrid event held at Druridge Bay Country Park, A1068, Red Row, Morpeth, NE61 5BX, on the Northumberland coast. Entry is priced at £95.00 per pair. Parking at the venue is charged at £5 for the day.
The course uses the lake and the adjacent beach. Competitors complete repeated 1 km laps around the lake, perform functional work on the grass overlooking the lake, and finish with a 5 km section along the beach.
Timing is conducted with live chip timing provided by Timing Up North. All finishers receive Season 2 Wild Hybrid merchandise and products supplied by event sponsors. Prizes are awarded to first through third positions in each standard category.
Spectators are welcome; the park offers a café, play area, lake and beach walks. Event photography is available to purchase from event partners after the event. Routes are to be confirmed by the organiser. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
