Run Media City 5k and 10k

The Run Media City series returns to Salford on Thursday, 30th April 2026. The event takes place within the MediaCity UK complex, a location known for its modern architecture and prominent media presence.

Participants follow a course consisting of a 2.5 km loop. The route starts and finishes at the Lowry Plaza. During the run, participants cross the Millennium Bridge and pass several landmarks, including the Imperial War Museum and the television studios used by the BBC and ITV.
