Event overview
Run Luminate 5K takes place on 12/11/2025 at Sandringham, on the Royal Sandringham Estate. The event is organised by Good Running Events and uses a route through the Luminate winter attraction. The race starts and finishes within the estate and follows a lit 5K course that does not feature lighting for the entire route.
Course and rules
The course is mixed terrain and described as 100% trail. It is marshalled and signposted, and a one hour time limit applies. Headtorches are mandatory because parts of the route are unlit. In-ear headphones are banned; bone conduction headphones are permitted. Pets, wheelchairs and prams / running buggies are not allowed on the route.
Chip timing is provided by Total Race Timing and photos will be taken by Epic Action Imagery. All finishers receive a bespoke medal and trophies are awarded to the top three male and female finishers. Medical teams will be onsite and a water station is provided at the end of the course. Runners must write any medical condition and an emergency contact on the reverse of their race number. Entries are non-refundable and non-deferrable; transfers to another runner are permitted until 28/10/2025. Ample parking is available at Sandringham Estate.
