Run Luminate 5k

Run Luminate 5K is scheduled for 25 November 2026 at Sandringham Estate. The event is organised by Good Running Events and follows a route through the Luminate winter attraction within the estate. The course starts and finishes inside the estate and passes through parkland and parts of the Luminate display, though not all sections of the route are lit.

The race distance is 5K. The event is an unlicensed fun run and uses chip timing provided by Total Race Timing. A bespoke medal will be available to all finishers and trophies are awarded to the top three male and top three female finishers. Photography will be provided by Epic Action Imagery and photos and video will be shared with participants after the event.

Safety and participant rules are stated: headtorches are mandatory because portions of the course are unlit; in ear headphones are banned while bone conducting headphones are permitted; no pets, wheelchairs, prams, or running buggies are allowed on the route. The course is marshalled and signposted, medical teams will be onsite, and a designated water station will be available at the end of the course. Participants must write their name, any medical condition, and an emergency contact on the reverse of their race number where requested.

Entries are non refundable. Transfers to another runner are allowed with a cutoff date specified by the organiser. Ample parking is available at Sandringham Estate. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
