Marham Flyers New Year’s Eve 10K
The event takes place on 31 December 2026 in Marham and features a 10 km course that runs around the airfield. The course is flat and largely traffic free and passes a water station at the 5 km point that is manned by 42F Kings Lynn Squadron RAF Air Cadets.
Event headquarters and registration are at the Sandringham Centre PE33 9NP what3words runways.slope.paces. Registration opens at 08:00 on the day and race numbers are collected from event registration. All entrants must present a passport or a current driving licence as ID at registration. The start and finish are at Ladywood Road Gate 1, which is signposted from the event registration area and referenced at what3words tags.removers.output.
Chip timing is provided by Total Race Timing and results will be posted immediately at race end. A sweep vehicle will be on the course to assist any participant in difficulty. Photography by participants is not allowed including action cameras; official photographers will be present and event photographs will be made available.
Parking is on the Black Top Carpark and is signposted. There is no formal bag drop at race HQ; belongings may be left at event registration at the owner’s risk. Toilets are at the Sandringham Centre with portaloos on the carpark. A Tea Bar on the carpark will offer tea, brewed coffees and cakes.
Entry fees are £24 for affiliated and service entrants and £26 for unaffiliated entrants. Entries are non refundable and cannot be deferred. Transfers to another runner are allowed until midnight on 14/12/2026. If the event must be cancelled for operational reasons or very poor weather it will be rescheduled and entries will be transferred automatically.
Finishers receive a commemorative medal, a goody bag and a commemorative bottle of beer. Prizes are awarded to the first three male and first three female finishers. A commemorative RAF Marham 110th Anniversary tee shirt is available for prebooking at £18 and will be available for collection on the day in sizes S M L.
