Event overview

The Resolution Run is a 5k road course loop held on January 1, 2026 in Ludington. The event is open to runners and walkers of any age and ability. The start location is at James and Loomis.

Registration and packet pickup

Standard registration is $30 and $35 on race day. Student registration (19 and under) is $20 and $25 on race day. Early packet pickup and registration is available December 31, 2:00-4:00 pm at Lotus of Ludington (127 S James St). Race day packet pickup and registration is available January 1, 9:30-10:30 am at Hoyt’s at Sportsman’s Restaurant and Bar (111 W Ludington Ave).

The course is a 5k road loop. Turn-by-turn voice navigation is available via the RunGo app.

Awards

Awards are given to top male and female overall, masters, and grand masters. These top finishers receive a set of IceSpikes. Age-group winners (by decade) will also receive awards. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
