The Snowman Scram 1 Mile Fun Run and 5K Run/Walk takes place on February 14, 2026 in Pentwater, Michigan. The event is a fundraiser for the Pentwater Cross Country and Track Teams. Entry fees are $25 for the 1 mile and $35 for the 5K (including the virtual 5K). Packet pick up is in the school lobby and the gym is available for warming up. Pre-registered participants (registered by February 7) are guaranteed a long-sleeve tech shirt; day-of and late registrants may not receive shirts. Finishers medals are provided for 1 mile participants when pre-registered by February 7. Virtual 5K registrants receive a tech long-sleeve shirt and finisher medal; these can be picked up or mailed. The course is flat and entirely on paved roads. Chip timing will be used. Water is available at the finish and refreshments will be served in the cafeteria after the race. Medals are awarded to the top three in each age category; trophies are given to overall and masters winners. No refunds are offered for weather cancellations.
