Course Details
The 10k race consists of two laps through the forest, utilizing a multi-terrain surface of forest tracks. Participants navigate an undulating profile on a course that is entirely traffic-free. The event starts and finishes on the open grass area adjacent to the Chingford Plain Car Park. The course includes distance markers at every kilometer and a water station located at the 5 km mark.

The event is conducted under UK Athletics rules and features chip timing for all participants. The minimum age for entry is 15 years. Facilities at the race headquarters on Chingford Plain include a bag drop area and refreshments.
