The event is a timed running meeting on 21 July 2027 at Victoria Park, London (2 St. Marks Gate, Old Ford, E9 5HT). It is organised by RunThrough and offers multiple measured distances on the park's wide, flat paths.

Entries include a themed medal, free race photos, chip timed results, post race goodies, and a secure bag drop. The course is lap based and chip timing is used for official results and national rankings.
Event logistics note the presence of an event village with food and coffee trucks, portable toilets, a water station on course, and additional water at the finish. Race packs are collected from the event village on the day and baggage tags attach to the race number for collection.
Minimum age requirements apply by distance: 5K from 11 years, 10K from 15 years, and 10 Mile from 17 years. Buggy runners and wheelchair athletes are welcome and are asked to be mindful of other participants when overtaking. An optional event t shirt is available separately as a merchandise add on.
