Run Like an Animal 5k and 1 mile walk takes place on June 21, 2026 in Hermitage, Pennsylvania, at 3182 Innovation Way. The event includes in-person and virtual options and supports a local animal shelter.

Registration is located in the back parking lot of Linden Pointe. There will be a porta john near registration and another halfway along the course. Chip timing is used and results are posted during the event so participants can leave quickly while still receiving results and awards.
Awards are offered for both pets and runners. Each pet receives a finisher dog treat. The top one in each age group for male and female receives a stuffed congratulations teddy bear. Additional awards are given for second and third places in age groups, and prize money is awarded to the overall top male and female finishers.
