Shamrock 'N Run 5K Run & Walk, Sharon PA
The PHN Charitable Foundation presents the 12th annual Shamrock 'N Run on March 7, 2026 at the Sharon American Legion Post 299 in Sharon, PA. The event starts and ends at the Legion post and the route passes through Buhl Park.
The event program includes a timed 5K where only 5K participants receive a timing chip, an untimed Just Walk option, and a Breakfast Only option featuring the Oranges and Greens Breakfast of Champions buffet and entertainment. All 5K and Just Walk registrants receive an event t shirt, a commemorative race bib, access to a selfie station, and breakfast.
Competition elements include age group awards for the top three finishers in each category, overall fastest male and female prizes, team scoring where the fastest five team scores count toward the team prize, and contests for most festive attire. A Pot of Gold raffle will be held at the event.
Logistics noted by the organizer include packet pick up at the PHN Charitable Foundation board room on March 5 and ample parking behind the Sharon American Legion Post 299. Pets are allowed on the course but are not permitted inside the Legion post; service animals are permitted. Sponsorship commitments have a specified deadline in February.
