Run Like A King 5K
Run Like A King 5K takes place in Quakertown, PA on 10/24/26 at The Park at 4th (Univest Performance Center), 501 W Mill Street. The event is organized by the King Family Memorial Foundation and combines a community run with fire safety outreach during Fire Prevention Month.

The event is held rain or shine and welcomes both runners and walkers. After the event, local fire departments will be present to provide information about fire safety. Proceeds support the King Family Memorial Foundation, which was established after a tragic house fire in Quakertown on Christmas morning 2021. The foundation supports families affected by house fires, educates local children about fire safety, and provides financial assistance to fire departments.
Logistics note: online registration is available up to race day. Packet pickup is offered the day before the race and on race morning. Event organizers advised that there will be road closures in the morning; a nearby gravel lot across the street from the park is noted for parking, and the city has advised that vehicles parked in the library parking lot may be towed.
