Run for Your Life 5K & Kid's Run/Walk : Bozeman
The 12th annual Run for Your Life takes place at MSU Bobcat Stadium in Bozeman on 10/17/2026. The event offers multiple participation formats on and around the southside trails and sidewalks near the stadium.
Options include:
- 5K timed race along southside trails and sidewalks
- 5K untimed option along the same course
- 250 yard Kid's 1K Fun Run around the MSU Football Stadium
- Virtual Run/Walk allowing participation from any location
The 5K is offered as a timed event and as an untimed event. Strollers and dogs on leash are permitted on the 5K course. The untimed option reduces the per person cost for timing by $3, with that savings returning to Help Center, Inc. The course may include seasonal or Halloween characters along the route.
The Kid's 1K Fun Run is open to all ages, finishes through the Bobcat Football head, and includes an optional obstacle course for participants who want it.
The virtual option lets participants choose their distance and where to complete it, and allows biking as an alternative to running or walking. Virtual participants can submit time and photos and choose whether to have a race packet shipped or to pick up a packet.
