Run to the Pub Half Marathon and 10K
Run to the Pub is a pair of road races held in downtown Bozeman, Montana that coincide with St. Patrick's Day festivities. The event offers two distances:
- Half marathon
- 10K
Race entry includes a polyester long sleeve shirt, Pub 317 signature pint glass, a pint of beer, and a finisher's medal that also functions as a bottle opener. The event provides a gear check bag service for runners.
Awards are given to the top three overall finishers and to the top three in each age group. Age groups are 10-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, and 70-79. Some participants are eligible to win a trip to Dublin, Ireland to take part in a local race and receive a VIP tour of the Guinness brewery.
The finish area opens onto Main Street where organizers stage a St. Patrick's Day after party and live music at the start and finish. The event lists local partners and sponsors including Bozeman Brewing Company, APRS Physical Therapy, Bozeman Running Company, Yellowstone Bank, and local lodging providers.
