Cross the Line Foundation Run for Veterans 5K
The Cross the Line Foundation will host its annual 5K in Fernandina Beach, FL on Saturday, November 7, 2026. The event is organized to support veterans and to raise awareness of veteran related issues.
The course is an out and back that begins and ends on the west side of Central Park at the Veterans' Memorial in Fernandina Beach. Packet pickup will be available the day before the event at Game Changers Running Company, 1881 S. 14th St., Suite 5, Fernandina Beach, and there will also be packet pickup on race day at the park. Game Changers will present gift certificates to the top three male and top three female finishers in amounts of $150, $50 and $25, and will serve as the pre race packet pickup location.
Registrants receive a race t shirt if they register by November 1, 2026. Online registration is listed at $35 and is available through the event; in person registration at packet pickup is $45 cash only.
Awards will be presented to the top three men and top three women to cross the finish line. Age group awards are given for first place in ten year age groups, including 9 and under, 10-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69 and 80 and over. Proceeds support the Cross the Line Foundation, a not for profit organization that partners with other veteran organizations to assist with current veteran needs.
