Event Overview
The Run for the Roses is an annual event held in downtown Lexington, Michigan. This race combines a traditional run or walk with unique local traditions. Participants are issued their own hobby horse at check-in to use throughout the course. The event features a single distance:

Beyond athletic performance, there is a prize for the best decorated horse; decoration supplies are provided on-site.
