Run for the Rim 5K & 10K
Run for the Rim is a 5K and 10K road race held during the Pine Creek Seed Farm Fall Festival in Jersey Shore, Pennsylvania on Saturday, October 3, 2026. The event is organized on farm property at 39 Seeds Lane and is part of the festival activities with vendors, food, and drinks on site.
The courses follow scenic back roads, including Tiadaghton Avenue and River Road. Both distances include a section that passes through the farm's corn maze and return to the road for the finish. The 10K follows a longer loop on the named roads before the maze; the 5K has a shorter road section plus the maze segment.
Aid and support are provided along the route via hydration stations and event volunteers. Timed results are available for both distances. Dogs are not permitted to participate in the race for participant safety. The event serves as the annual fundraiser for the Jersey Shore Boys Basketball Booster Club and race proceeds support local athletes.
