About the race
Run for the Rim 5K & 10K takes place on Saturday, October 3, 2026 at Pine Creek Seed Farm in Jersey Shore, PA. The event is held during the farm's Fall Festival and includes on-site vendors, food and drink offerings, and family-friendly activities.
The races use scenic back roads around the Pine Creek area. The course layouts include a distinctive section that runs through the farm's corn maze before returning to the road for the finish.
Distances
- 10 km loop via Tiadaghton Avenue and River Road plus corn maze
- 5 km shorter road loop with a corn maze section
Hydration stations and volunteers are positioned along the course to support participants. The event is timed for both the 5K and 10K. Dogs are not allowed to participate in the races for participant safety.
Run for the Rim serves as the major annual fundraiser for the Jersey Shore Boys Basketball Booster Club, with race proceeds supporting local athletes. Entries received by September 3 are guaranteed a race t-shirt. Additional registration details and packet pickup information will be released later.
