Fire on the Rocks 10K - Zindel Park, McElhattan PA
The Fire on the Rocks event is presented as a 10K trail race held at Zindel Park in McElhattan, Pennsylvania. The advertised course measures about 6.6 miles and includes roughly 1,400 feet of climbing, using a network of local trails that are also used for the Frozen Snot and Boulder Beast events.
The route follows a sequence of named trail segments and service roads, including Reservoir Road and several singletrack trails with climbs and descents. The course layout crosses a spillway bridge, goes up and across a dam, and returns toward the park and pavilion area.
