Fire on the Rocks 10K

Fire on the Rocks 10K is a trail race at Zindel Park in McElhattan, PA, held over a course of about 6.6 miles. The event is listed as a 10K and uses local trails that are also used for the Frozen Snot and Boulder Beast races.

The route includes many climbs and descents, with roughly 1400 feet of total climbing. Notable trail features include Reservoir Road, Keller's Bench, Black Diamond, Debbies Drop, Lightning Ridge, and Durty Dabbers, with a mix of singletrack and service roads.

Parking is at the Restless Oaks parking lot (119 Pine Mountain Rd, McElhattan, PA 17748). Shuttle buses will transport participants to the start/finish area or participants may walk the half mile up Reservoir Rd. Bib pickup on race morning begins at 7:30 am. After the race there will be sticky buns and drinks at the pavilion.
