Run For The Pils 5K
Run For The Pils 5K is a brewery-hosted race on September 19, 2026, at Southern Strain Brewing Company in Concord, North Carolina. The event is part of Southern Strain Breweries' anniversary weekend and is presented as an annual 5K run and walk.
The course is an out-and-back that begins at the brewery and follows McEachern Greenway, a portion of the four-mile greenway loop in Concord. Participants pass a midway aid station with water and Gatorade twice. After crossing the finish area, participants may have a race day beer called Run for the Pils.
A portion of the race proceeds will benefit Run Cabarrus, a competitive youth cross-country club focused on developing distance runners.
