Run for the Hills - Tipton
The Run for the Hills! event returns for its 16th annual edition at Hidden Lake Gardens in Tipton, Michigan. Participants can experience a scenic environment featuring hilly terrain along paved roads. The event is professionally timed by the Michigan Running Foundation, with live results available during and after the race.
The following distances are available:
- 5 km run/walk
- 1 mile walk
Participants registered by August 31, 2026, receive an event t-shirt. All finishers are presented with a medal at the finish line, and awards are given to the top overall male and female finishers in the 5 km distance.
Registered participants receive free entry to Hidden Lake Gardens. For safety and course management, the entrance gate to the gardens closes shortly before the event starts and remains closed until the course is clear of traffic. Free parking is available on-site, and attendees are asked to follow the directions of the parking staff. Pets are not permitted at the gardens for this event.
