Run for the Hills : Tipton
Run for the Hills at Hidden Lake Gardens in Tipton is an annual community event held on Saturday, September 12, 2026. The event offers two course options on paved roads through the gardens and includes hilly terrain.

Registered participants receive free entry to Hidden Lake Gardens; nonparticipants pay an entrance fee with reduced rates for seniors, military, students, and children. Registration fees change by date: an early rate applies through August 31, 2026, and a higher rate begins September 1, 2026. A reduced fee applies for children 14 and younger. T-shirts are included with registration through August 31 and are available afterward while supplies last.
Packet pickup is available the day before and on race day during designated times; advance pickup does not require admission to the gardens. A QR code provided by email is used for quick packet check-in. Race timing and results are managed professionally and posted live and online. Awards are distributed after the race to the top overall male and female 5K runners and a random-draw winner; all finishers receive a medal.
