Run for the Glasses : Run options on Honey Hole Road
Run for the Glasses is a community race day held in Drums, Pennsylvania, with courses that start and finish at the Honey Hole Winery and run out and back on Honey Hole Road. The event includes road race distances held alongside a virtual option that allows participants to run remotely and submit times electronically.
Event distances:
- Half Marathon - 13.1 Miles
- 10K Run - 10K
- 5K Run/Walk - 3.1 Miles
- Dog Jog 5K - 3.1 Miles with dogs permitted
- Virtual options including a Youth 1 Mile division
Packet pickup is offered at the Honey Hole Winery on the days before race day and on race morning. Shirt sizes are guaranteed for registrations completed by May 17; shirts after that date are available while supplies last. Same-day registration is available with an increased fee.
Awards are given to overall male and female winners in the 5K, 10K, and half marathon, and medals are presented in 10-year age groups. The Dog Jog awards the top three finishers and provides a treat for participating dogs. All proceeds benefit Hazleton Area's Community Services for Sight.
